In 1989 my inner voice spoke clearly while I was walking and said, You are to start a magazine! I replied, "What would I call it? The voice responded "Issues." A little further along it said “You are to write an article.” I responded “What would I call it?" The voice said "Musings." To which I replied “I will look that word up in the dictionary and if it means anything, I will do my best.

Mom was thrilled to have her homesteading photos used for the front covers. Soon a professional editor showed and edited my thoughts keeping them as original as possible but making them much more readable.
