Welcome... I am Angele, publisher of Issues Magazine for Empowerment, 1990 to 2017. Host of the Spring Festival of Awareness for 29 years, 1989 to 2018 and organizer of Wise Womens Weekend 1997 to 2017. In 2002 I met Richard in and assisted the devas in keeping the Johnsons Landing Retreat Center an affordable place to retreat.
We happily sold the Center in 2021 assuming the legacy of it being a healing space continues. You can read Issues Magazine as a pdf, or in a Issuu supported format 2009 to 2017, with pages that flip. Plus the Spring Festival of Awareness and Wise Womens Weekends programs as pdf's and other historical facts.
I have wrote my autobigraphy More Musings as a follow-up to the 25 years of my ongoing editorial called Musing. It is my understanding of how I grew myself with the inner guidance of my angels.
You can also meet my mom, Tess Tessier by clicking her link and watch several short videos, when she toured the province back in the '90's. Her book, Iceberg Tea, is readable as a pdf or via Issuu, and you can order a book at a super special price.
Please enjoy my collection of Quan Yin statues, paintings and images and I want to encourage others to share their photos with the world by sending an image I can post.
Soon to be featured is the Smallholder, a Kootenay magazine that shared ideas on how to live sustainably, 1974's to 2013.
If you enjoyed this website please consider donating. My plan is to include other new age or holistic publictions so you can get an idea of who lead the march towards awareness of spirit, locally.
